It depends on the transport mode, the destination and which party arranges the main carriage. For sea shipments we commonly use FOB, CFR or CIF; for containers handed over at a terminal, FCA can be cleaner than FOB. For rail, road and multimodal shipments, FCA, CPT or DAP are more appropriate. The exact named place and Incoterms® edition are stated in our quotation.

Yes. Share your forwarder's details when discussing the order. We agree the handover arrangements and each party's responsibilities before shipment.

Samples can be sent by international courier where permitted by the carrier and the destination country's rules. Before sending, we confirm the sample quantity, courier, cost, required documents and any destination restrictions. Delivery is often estimated at 3–5 days after dispatch, or around a week depending on the destination. These are estimates: transit conditions and customs clearance can affect arrival.

The quotation identifies the costs covered by our offer and those payable separately. Import clearance, duties and taxes remain the buyer's responsibility under every term we quote. Destination handling and onward delivery depend on the agreed arrangement. We clarify the scope and freight price validity before you confirm the order.

We issue the commercial invoice and packing list, and share the applicable transport document as it becomes available. We also provide the export lot's laboratory report and an origin certificate or other documents as agreed for the shipment. Tell us your destination's document requirements when requesting a quotation.

Sea shipments carry a bill of lading. Rail and road shipments carry a rail or road waybill issued by the carrier, whose form depends on the route. Unlike a bill of lading, a waybill is not a document of title. If you pay by letter of credit, tell us before we quote so the documents can be agreed with your bank.

Contact Yang Squared Spices with your order or shipment reference. We work with the relevant shipping partner or your forwarder to clarify the issue and coordinate the next steps. Any insurance claim follows the applicable policy and agreed responsibilities.

Send the product, quantity, packing, pickup location if you collect, exact destination, preferred transport mode, Incoterm if known and target date. Tell us whether you will use your own forwarder. We confirm the available arrangement and estimated schedule for the proposed shipment.

Our Shenzhen company is registered as an exporter with China's foreign-trade and customs authorities and handles China export clearance. For your import clearance we supply the commercial invoice, packing list and bill of lading, and, as your destination requires, a certificate of origin, a phytosanitary certificate and the laboratory report. Import registrations, permits and duties at destination are the importer's responsibility: please check your country's requirements with your customs broker and tell us before we quote.
