A family route through trade
Market knowledge, carried forward.
Yang Squared is a new export-facing business, but the instinct behind it comes from a family history of connecting products, people and regional markets.
01
From the 1980s
Gansu ↔ Shaanxi
The first trading route
Our story begins with Fu’s grandfather, who joined the first wave of private commerce that followed China’s reform era. He traded traditional medicinal materials and seasonings between Gansu and Shaanxi, learning that reliable business depends on knowing the product, the market and the person across the table.
02
From the 2000s
Xi’an
The next generation
Members of the next generation established their own individual businesses in Xi’an and continued this work into the present day. Relationships, direct conversations and practical market judgement remained at the centre of the business.
03
Today
Yulin → International markets
A better information bridge
Markets are now faster and more digital, yet buyers and merchants still lose time through fragmented information, language gaps and unclear requirements. AI changes how information can be organised; it does not replace trust or verification. Yang Squared brings both together.
